These skeins have a very special design. When dyeing them we have used more than 17 colors and the technique used forces us to dye them in very small quantities so that they remain so special. In a single strand you can find specks, moles, or areas full of vibrant colors. Thus, each skein is very different, even two skeins dyed in the same pot are slightly different from each other. This is why they are so special and there is so much work behind a single skein.
Hand-dyed 100% Silk.
Special cares: Gentle washing will keep your project beautiful for longer. For best results, hand-wash your finished project with a drop of detergent or wool wash. If combining light and dark colours, please swatch as the yarns may bleed. This is especially important if using deep reds and blues. Dry flat.
Dyelots may vary though we represent every dyelot as accurately as possible in the product photos. Colours may vary from skein to skein, even within the same dyelot. If you buy more than one, we will do our best to match them up. Please ensure you buy enough to finish your project as future dyelots may vary. Please note, although we take great care in photographing our yarns, colours may vary slightly from monitor to monitor.
